Our wire rods are manufactured using captive billets produced in-house through European-proven EAF + Caster with EMS + VD technology, ensuring consistent quality, high purity, and metallurgical reliability. The billets are directly hot-charged from the caster to the rolling mill, effectively capturing and utilizing the thermal energy, which significantly enhances energy efficiency, reduces production costs, and lowers the overall carbon footprint.
