Greta Energy is setting up a state-of-the-art Iron Ore Pellet Plant powered by advanced European technology to ensure world-class quality and sustainability. The plant will produce Green Pellets by consuming clean syngas generated through our in-house Coal Gasification unit, integrated with Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU) systems. This innovative approach significantly reduces the carbon footprint of pellet production, positioning Greta Energy as a frontrunner in sustainable steelmaking.
The facility is designed to manufacture pellets suitable for both Blast Furnace grade and Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) grade applications. A substantial portion of the output will be used for captive consumption in our Greenfield Integrated Steel Plant, ensuring consistent quality and feedstock security. The surplus production will be strategically marketed across domestic and international markets, enhancing our footprint in the global steel value chain.
