Liquid CO₂
Greta Energy produces high-purity liquid CO₂ refined through European capture, purification, and liquefaction technology. Depending on the end-use sector, the CO₂ stream is conditioned to meet precise industrial standards that ensure product integrity, safety, and optimal performance across multiple applications.
- Food & Beverage (F&B) Grade:
The CO₂ supplied for beverage carbonation and food processing is refined to approximately 99.9% purity (v/v) with moisture levels maintained at ≤ 20 ppm. This meets globally accepted food-grade quality benchmarks.
- Building Materials & Aggregates:
For construction and mineralisation applications, CO₂ is supplied at 90–95% purity, with ≥ 99% achievable where required for mineralisation reactions. Moisture levels are kept at moderate industrial standards suitable for material curing and carbon binding processes.
- Fertilizer (Urea Production):
Urea-grade CO₂ is delivered at around 99.9% purity, with moisture controlled at ≤ 20 ppm, ensuring compatibility with ammonia–urea synthesis and efficient downstream conversion.
- Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) / Geological Storage:
For EOR and long-term subsurface storage, CO₂ is provided at ≥ 95% purity, with moisture maintained at appropriate operational levels to support reservoir injection and geological stability.
