A visionary promoter and seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the rice industry and renewable energy (solar and biomass), he is known for his strong leadership, financial acumen, and logical thinking. His expertise spans global agri-commodity markets, consumer trends, and supply chain dynamics.

Through his strategic direction, Anup has led the company from inception, transforming it from a trading-based enterprise into a fully integrated, manufacturing-driven agri-business focused on sustainability and long-term growth.

With nearly three decades of global experience in senior leadership roles, Rajshekhar is a seasoned mining and business development professional. His career spans leading industrial establishments across India and abroad, where he has driven initiatives in exploration, mining operations, business development, liaison, and marketing. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, he thrives in corporate entrepreneurship.

He has led greenfield project evaluation, resource estimation, and the development of sustainable mining ventures. Rajshekhar holds a PG degree in Geology and an MBA, blending technical depth with strong business acumen.
