The production line integrates a state-of-the-art Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Continuous Caster (CC) with Electro-Magnetic Stirring (EMS), and Vacuum Degassing (VD) to ensure exceptional metallurgical performance and consistency.
We manufacture both square billets and round billets, designed for varied applications:
- Square Billets: Consumed in-house at our long products rolling mill, ensuring seamless integration and uniform quality in rebars and wire rods.
- Round Billets: Produced in multiple grades for seamless pipe plants and other high-spec industries, marketed across both domestic and international markets.
