A seasoned techno-commercial professional with over 25 years of experience in executing large-scale greenfield steel projects (up to 6 MTPA) and leading procurement, operations, and business transformation. He has held senior roles at Danieli, GJ Steel (Thailand), PT ISPAT (LN Mittal Group), Jindal Stainless, and Tata Group ventures across India and Southeast Asia.
Before joining Greta, Ashis also worked with Synergy Capital, a private equity-led firm, driving restructuring, turnaround, and value creation. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from NIT Rourkela and MBA-E from London School of Economics, blending technical depth with global business insight.
